How to upgrade your PayMaya Visa
     
  1. Open the PayMaya app:
    • For IOS: Tap "More", then tap "Upgrade for FREE".
    • For Android: Open the drawer, then tap "Upgrade for FREE".

  2. Fill out the fields and submit your application. Wait for your upgrade SMS receipt for your next steps. You will be required to go to a PayMaya Load-up center for your application to be approved.

  3. Application approvals are available at the Smart Jump Center at SM Megamall, SM Cebu, and SM Lanang Premier at Davao. Application approval will also be available at selected train stations at the PayMaya booth from 6am until 8pm:

    • November 9-December 23: LRT 1 EDSA Taft, Monumento and LRT 2 Recto
      Monday-Friday, 6am-8pm

    Upgrades are also available at selected Smart Padala Stores along LRT and MRT lines. Visit our Facebook or Twitter page for the exact locations.
    *Please present your valid ID and the SMS with reference number. The ID presented should be the same one you submitted on the app.

  4. Once approved, you may now enjoy the full benefits of your PayMaya Visa Card. Send money to family and friends and withdraw money from any Bancnet ATMs locally or Visa ATMs abroad.
